Well, we didn't get a chance to stay at this hotel, the reason is they didn't oblige to our advance booking which was done a month before. At the day of our stay, the hotel was CLOSED! Turned out it was the hotel owner's wedding (not at the hotel). When we reached hotel at 9pm the entire staff was about to leave for the wedding and they didn't even know about our booking. The booking was confirmed by the owner but still they didn't have anything in their system. The owner didn't communicate at all about hotel being closed. Fortunately our travel agent arranged a different hotel. So much trouble at night time in a strange city that too with family.

I had a great time. we went as a family, three of us from Uganda, two from USA and one from France. we went to different places but This hotel was ranked the best of all. reasons. *It felt like back home. *great and helpful people. *social too. *great activities in one place. *great ambiance. *I learnt to float on water for the first time with the help of my Aunt the one from France but the pool was of this hotel which I will never forget. *All people were helpful and friendly but had great time with Pokid. she was like family for us and we indeed miss her already. the brown lady In an Indian dress. loved the food. the place was warm and not so cold. Blessings to them all. all security people would greet tou every time they see you like 100times. so so so beautiful

please don't order form this hotel yesterday I ordered food two special thali but it was really an annoying food. they did not send me complete food . papad and raita were missing . and moreover chapatis were half-backed. this thing they did not accept. and when I called them they disconnected my call thrice. when I called again they said that don't disturb us by calling us again and again. this was not fair at all. the way the manager had words with me. be aware before you place an order from here.

Hotel Madurai Udaipur is located near Udaipole (Hotel street) behind State Bank of India in Udaipur. It is at a distance of around one Km from Udaipur City Railway station. The rooms are spacious and equipped with AC, TV, lift, hot water, intercom and other necessities. We were six people in all who stayed for one night in two triple bed rooms. We visited it in the mid of August 2019 and booked two triple bed rooms on third floor instantly for six friends. The wash rooms are maintained. Room service is good and quick. Mr. Jiterndra Gulani, the manager is very polite and co-operative person. His dealing with guests is praiseworthy. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.

There is no co-ordination with the management and staff. Booked through Jaipur based tour operator 'Rajasthan Yatra Company'. Not at all ideal for family. You may feel insecure. We had to pay additional amount in their restaurant as they showed falls bill. Dont think of staying if you are not willing to be cheated
